Integration & Transformation Manager

About the Role

Allvia, a group of HR outsourcing companies dedicated to serving small and mid-sized employers with payroll, benefits, HR compliance, risk management, and workforce technology solutions, is seeking an Integration & Transformation Manager. This pivotal role supports strategic initiatives, including integration of new business units, enterprise AI program deployment, and evolving pricing strategies. The manager will ensure these initiatives translate into meaningful business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional integration efforts across various corporate workstreams for newly acquired companies, managing dependencies and competing priorities to deliver measurable outcomes such as synergy realization, accelerated value, and retention.
• Champion adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring transformation plans effect real behavioral and operational changes by identifying resistance and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
• Lead governance and engagement with vendors and third parties, acting as the main contact to scope and enforce partner deliverables.
• Produce concise, insightful updates tailored for executive and board-level audiences, identifying critical information with minimal guidance.
• Make sound business decisions in ambiguous situations by spotting opportunities, escalating risks proactively, and maintaining credibility as a trusted senior partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background preferred.
• At least five years’ experience managing integration and project management programs within business services or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex, cross-functional program progress and results to executives and board members effectively.
• Proficiency in program management tools and systems is required.
• Experience with artificial intelligence initiatives is a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with pricing and packaging strategies is preferred but not essential.
