Integration Specialist

About the Role

Our client is a rapidly expanding multi-brand field services platform in the US, consolidating regional home-services companies into a unified system centered on ServiceTitan technology. Your core responsibility will be to ensure seamless and accurate data transfer of jobs, invoices, customers, and technician records between ServiceTitan and its interconnected systems such as ERP, marketing tools, reporting layers, and field tools daily.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and sustain integrations using native connectors, middleware, and direct API interactions with ServiceTitan and other business systems.
• Create and manage webhook and scheduled-job setups to maintain appropriate data flow frequencies for downstream platforms.
• Modify or rebuild existing integrations as platform systems evolve due to new acquisitions.
• Thoroughly test integration modifications under controlled conditions prior to production deployment.
• Document data flows comprehensively, detailing objects, fields, triggers, and directions between systems.
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies in fields, statuses, or records where system models differ.
• Develop clear integration specifications aligned with stakeholder needs and maintain up-to-date records of active connections.
• Maintain detailed field-mapping tables and data dictionaries enabling seamless handover to colleagues.
• Monitor integration health daily, proactively detect and fix data sync errors before business impact occurs.
• Diagnose sync failures and data mismatches at their root cause, ensuring precise and permanent resolutions.
• Implement quality assurance checks to prevent erroneous data from reaching downstream systems such as ERP and reporting tools.
• Reconcile record counts and financial totals, investigating anomalies thoroughly.
• Assist in onboarding newly acquired companies to the shared ServiceTitan platform by mapping and migrating customer, location, job, and historic data.
• Early identification of data quality issues in incoming datasets to facilitate timely remediation.
• Standardize incoming brand data models regarding business units, job types, and chart-of-accounts alignment.
• Utilize scripting and AI technologies to optimize mapping, testing, and data cleanup.
• Develop repeatable workflows for recurring tasks associated with new brand deployments.
• Propose automation to reduce repetitive manual processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and IT teams to align data understanding and gather requirements.
• Engage with vendors and platform support for issues beyond internal boundary.
• Communicate clearly and proactively to stakeholders regarding integration status, incidents, and resolutions.

Required Qualifications

• Practical ServiceTitan experience including configuration, reporting, data models, or integration setups.
• Proven capability in integrating business systems via connectors, middleware, or APIs.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and CSV data structures.
• Ability to diagnose data issues at source rather than applying temporary fixes.
• Professional English communication skills suitable for US-based interactions.
• Meticulous attention to detail especially concerning financial or operational data with potential revenue impact.
• Willingness to work hours overlapping the US Eastern Time business day.
• Collaborative and transparent work ethic, including thorough documentation and prompt error reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan API including authentication and data exports.
• Skill in SQL or scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for data processes.
• Background in field/home services sectors (e.g., roofing, HVAC, plumbing).
• Previous experience linking field service CRMs with ERP/accounting platforms.
• Knowledge of alternative field service platforms like Jobber, Housecall Pro, and others.
• Familiarity with automation tools and iPaaS solutions such as Zapier or Workato.
• Exposure to multi-brand or private-equity-backed companies undergoing system consolidations.
• Hands-on involvement in data migration for acquisitions or platform changes.

Tools and Software

• ServiceTitan platform and comparable field service management software.
• Integration and automation platforms including Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io.
• ERP and financial systems for backend integration.
• API technologies like REST, webhooks, JSON, CSV; SQL database querying.
• Microsoft 365 suite for collaboration and documentation.
• Ticketing and project management tools for support and tracking.
• AI-based tools for mapping and data validation tasks.

Additional Information

• Shift requirements to overlap US Eastern Time business hours.
• Initial recruiter interviews held within US Mountain Standard Time window (3:00 AM – 1:00 PM MST).
• The role emphasizes autonomy and proactive communication without direct supervision, especially during off-hours.

Compensation and Benefits
