Role Overview
As an Integration Engineer specializing in Fraud Protection, you will play a pivotal role within an innovative team dedicated to real-time fraud detection and prevention. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain integrations with cutting-edge anti-fraud systems to secure financial institutions and large organizations against digital threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain integration solutions for anti-fraud technologies.
- Collect and evaluate product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Create comprehensive implementation and integration documentation such as API specifications and technical user stories.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team, coordinating and overseeing solution deployment efforts.
- Implement solution integration via APIs to ensure smooth and adaptable processes.
- Perform session and transaction analyses using tools like Kubernetes for monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.
- Serve as second-line support for troubleshooting and delegate tasks to developers when necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year experience in system or technical analysis, development, or related fields.
- Knowledge of web development is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability for self-directed learning and effective technical problem-solving.
- Proven track record in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Competency in identifying, investigating, and resolving technical issues throughout project cycles.
- Capability to lead projects and tasks with full accountability, including internal coordination, conducting workshops, and producing technical documentation.
- Understanding of project management best practices, methodologies, and lifecycle.
- Experience with big data technologies such as SQL, Elastic, Cassandra, ClickHouse.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Go, Python, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Expertise in integrating message brokers such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, and IBM MQ.
- Hands-on experience with REST and gRPC APIs.
- Competent in working with JSON, XML/XSD formats and schema creation.
- Skilled in designing processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML standards.
- Ability to clearly communicate and document technical requirements using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- Experience collaborating with processing and risk management teams.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and intra-team coordination skills.
