Role Overview

We seek an Integrated Supply Planner to join our Dublin-based team. The role involves creating and implementing new supply chain planning systems and processes. This position will provide timely and precise insights and recommendations to supply chain management, supporting effective decision-making focused on service excellence at minimal cost. The role ensures supply planning strategies are consistently deployed with aligned priorities and parameters across the supply planning functions to meet planning and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact with suppliers on daily operational issues.
  • Support project work and provide demand and supply chain insights as part of a multifunctional team, evaluating the operational impact of strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Manage internal and external customer service levels, oversee strategic inventory and performance metrics, monitor supplier downtime, and communicate potential shortages.
  • Coordinate company and supplier efforts to resolve quality deviations, rejections, and advisories.
  • Analyze demand requirements and supply capacity to facilitate well-informed short- and mid-term planning decisions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to help achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A university degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience leading process improvements and facilitating projects with successful implementation.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of demand or supply planning best practices, technologies, and tools; experienced user of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong numerical, data analysis, financial acumen, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience in multinational companies and FMCG industries.
