Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur involves overseeing motor insurance policies for customers. Responsibilities include managing policy issuance, renewals, transfers, coordinating with insurance providers, processing claims, and ensuring precise documentation. The role requires direct customer interaction to clarify insurance details, track claims, and obtain necessary approvals and payments. Collaboration with sales and service teams is essential to integrate insurance procedures seamlessly and maintain compliance with company and insurer standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth understanding of insurance products, procedures, and policy management including issuance and renewals.
• Experience handling insurance claims processing, from initiation to insurer coordination and monitoring claim progress.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, capable of clearly explaining policy coverage and managing customer expectations.
• Knowledge of health insurance principles is advantageous, particularly for bundled or complementary insurance offerings.
• Meticulous attention to documentation accuracy and proficiency with MS Office and insurance policy management software.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Nagpur, collaborating with various departments.
• Prior experience in automotive insurance or within dealership operations is preferred.
