Role Overview

As an Insurance Consultant located in Kolkata, you will be responsible for expanding the client base by generating leads, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying potential customers through various strategies such as networking, cold calling, and securing referrals.
• Conducting thorough interviews with clients to evaluate their financial objectives, family circumstances, and appetite for risk.
• Developing customized insurance plans across multiple domains including Life, Health, Motor, and Property insurance that accommodate individual budget constraints.
• Clarifying complex insurance terms and conditions—such as deductibles, premium adjustments, and policy exclusions—to ensure clients fully comprehend their coverage.
• Offering support and guidance throughout claims processing, assisting clients and their families in navigating and completing necessary documentation during difficult times.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between INR 7,000 and 62,800.
