About the Role
The Wealth Management division at CICC offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services tailored to high-net-worth individuals, their families, family offices, and corporate clients. Leveraging CICC’s integrated platform, expert research, and extensive market resources, the team delivers personalized, one-stop solutions to fulfill diverse investment and financing needs across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with targeted clients, expanding the client base and assets under management (AUM).
- Offer investment advisory services, including asset allocation planning that aligns with client objectives.
- Facilitate trading and execution across multiple instruments such as equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, and structured products.
- Assist clients in wealth preservation and planning through tailored strategies and available financial tools.
- Collaborate within a highly professional and committed team environment to deliver superior client service.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of major international capital markets, investment products, and CICC's offerings.
- Ability to assess and understand clients' investment needs and risk profiles.
- A strong client service orientation combined with enthusiasm for frontline sales and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering teamwork and client trust.
- Self-motivated with high discipline to manage responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for engaging Chinese clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within banking or finance sectors, with direct exposure to securities dealing and wealth management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; possessing an MBA is considered an asset.
- Relevant professional licenses are required.
