Role Overview

• Provide technical support for PCs, related peripheral hardware, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software, and connectivity problems effectively.
• Manage deployment and upkeep of IT hardware assets while keeping accurate inventory records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding with technology setup and equipment management.
• Assist with server and network equipment maintenance and uphold cybersecurity best practices, including securing OT devices on-site.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to end users and document support tasks clearly.
• Engage in both local and broad IT projects within the enterprise environment.
• Occasional travel to Shannon and after-hours support may be required.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support or similar roles.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced skills troubleshooting PCs, peripheral devices, and Microsoft 365 suite.
• General understanding of server operations, networking, and cybersecurity is beneficial.
• The capability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) are advantageous.
