Human Resources Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Recruiter to assist with staffing requirements for a client based in Calabasas, CA. This contract position involves overseeing the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer management. The ideal professional should possess a robust background in corporate recruiting and be proficient in conducting interviews and working with applicant tracking systems such as Workday Recruiting to streamline recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned job openings, starting from intake meetings through to final hires.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines by utilizing proactive sourcing across diverse channels and talent networks.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify role criteria, align candidate selection, and assist in prompt hiring decisions.
• Execute candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experiences, and compatibility with job requirements.
• Oversee job postings, monitor applicant flow, and maintain recruitment records within the ATS accurately and compliantly.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate communication between candidates and internal parties throughout recruitment stages.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring trends, and market insights to support workforce planning.
• Contribute to recruitment process enhancements, including updates to workflows within Workday Recruiting as necessary.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with comprehensive corporate recruiting from sourcing to hiring completion.
• Solid expertise in sourcing suitable candidates across a variety of roles and fields.
• Proven capacity to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate competencies effectively.
• Practical experience managing recruitment workflows using ATS tools.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting’s hiring functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments concurrently with strong organizational skills.
