Position Overview

This full-time, on-location Human Resources Generalist role based in Dubai is designed to cover all aspects of employee lifecycle management, ensuring adherence to both company policies and regional labor laws. Responsibilities encompass managing employee documentation, facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, administering employee benefits, addressing HR queries, supporting performance management and employee relations, coordinating training programs, assisting with payroll procedures, and maintaining accurate HR data and reports.

Key Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
• Substantial experience in core HR functions with a strong understanding of HR policies and local labor legislation to ensure full compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing employee benefits, including enrollment and communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for a diverse and multicultural workplace.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR reporting and data analysis is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing, healthcare, or laboratory sectors would be a plus.
