Role Overview
As a HR Payroll Consultant, you will support clients within the Business Process Solutions area. You will advise both on-site and remotely, focusing on technical, digital, procedural, and operational aspects. You will contribute to efficient operations and optimize HR compliance management for international clients alongside your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experts to analyze and improve existing HR processes ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle a variety of tasks ranging from German payroll processing for national and international employees to projects related to personnel administration under CFO responsibility.
- Provide practical support to clients regarding payroll technicalities and wage tax questions, bridging finance and payroll accounting functions.
- Work in an agile team environment with motivated colleagues from different departments and locations, including direct engagements with international clients.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in economics or equivalent vocational training with further education.
- Preferably some practical experience gained through internships or working student roles.
- Interest and sound knowledge in wage tax and social security legislation, along with a good understanding of business processes.
- Strong numerical skills, proficiency in MS Office, eagerness to participate in challenging international projects, quick learning ability, and high commitment.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
