Role Purpose

The Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the hotel's reputation by ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean, orderly, and well maintained. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, swiftly attending to guest requests, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all guest rooms and corridors to the highest standard.
• Deliver professional and courteous service to hotel guests, attending to their needs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure guest rooms are consistently neat, well-kept, and inviting.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold a respectful and quality-focused work environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Prior experience working within a housekeeping department.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent eye for detail to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ability to maintain a positive and composed attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
