Housekeeper

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services within a healthcare environment. This role involves working a contracted 37.5 hours per week, typically covering 5 days out of 7, ensuring the facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for both staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across various areas inside the building through dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming to achieve high standards.
• Regularly sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and other frequent touchpoints to uphold hygiene.
• Respond promptly to spillages and other cleaning needs as they arise.
• Dispose of waste by emptying bins appropriately.
• Ensure all spaces are clean, presentable, and secure by adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely, following health and safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably within a similar setting.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to adjust working hours as required.
