About the Role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will perform a variety of housekeeping functions to uphold the hotel's appearance and cleanliness standards. Your duties will include cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, fulfilling guest requests, and restocking carts to ensure our guests encounter an exceptional environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Respond efficiently to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and materials.
• Ensure all cleaning and organizing activities support a great guest experience.

Additional Expectations

• Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all tasks performed.
• Preserve confidentiality as required by hotel policies.
• Present a professional appearance in uniform and maintain professional communication at all times.
• Be physically active on the job – standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
• Handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance during cleaning activities.
