About the Role

As a Host at Hard Rock Cafe in Washington, DC, you are the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and positive welcome. This role combines greeting, seating, and paging guests with serving as a guide, communicator, and entertainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening doors when appropriate
• Welcoming and thanking guests warmly
• Responding accurately and politely to guest inquiries
• Keeping the waiting area clean and well-organized
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Directing guests to various areas and restrooms
• Maintaining security for staff, guests, and celebrities
• Assisting servers, bussers, and management team
• Performing opening, closing, and side duties such as glass cleaning, brass polishing, floor sweeping and vacuuming, menu wiping, and restroom upkeep
• Ensuring every guest's complete satisfaction
• Creating memorable guest experiences and engaging visitors to cultivate enthusiastic fans
