About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join their team in Eastleigh, England. This position offers an hourly wage of £13.71 and positions you as an important representative of Iceland to customers. Successful candidates will enjoy roles that keep them active, independent, and engaged with people while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load delivery vans following correct manual handling and heavy lifting procedures.
• Practice safe and responsible driving at all times on delivery routes.
• Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure van safety and functionality.
• Make sure that food items are delivered to customers in optimal condition.
• Deliver superior customer service and foster positive customer interactions.
• Assist with store duties when necessary.
• Manage your time effectively and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Exhibit flexibility by working various shift patterns between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Display a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Have a strong commitment to road safety awareness and practices.
