Role Overview

Lead the Project Services team comprising Senior Cost Engineer, Senior Planning Engineer, and Senior Document Controller to ensure efficient delivery of cost management, budget oversight, planning and scheduling, contractual administration, accounts payable, document management, project status reporting, and administrative functions. The position supports successful and timely completion of the FEED and EPIC phases of the Crude Oil Stabilisation, Zero Routine Flaring, and OFFRAG Pipeline Project, guaranteeing alignment with budgetary and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and guide the Project Services team to execute project control functions effectively.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, planning, scheduling, contracts administration, and document control processes.
• Oversee project reporting and general administrative tasks associated with project delivery.
• Ensure on-schedule achievement of FEED and EPIC project stages within financial constraints.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 18 years in the Oil & Gas sector with minimum 8 years in senior project control roles.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, P6 Analytics, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, MS Office suite, and SAP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication excellence, conflict management, and presentation capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of major project execution phases including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering body or institution.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered advantageous.
