Position Overview

PrimeMatch Advantage is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Operations to direct and optimize the organization's operational functions. This senior executive role entails devising operational strategies, enhancing process efficiencies, managing cross-departmental teams, and ensuring top-tier operational performance that aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement operational strategies that support the company’s vision and growth objectives.
• Oversee daily business activities to maintain high productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Design, execute, and refine operational workflows, processes, and performance benchmarks continuously.
• Track and analyze critical operational data and KPIs, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives for operational excellence, including process improvements, automation projects, and cost reduction efforts.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to synchronize operational tasks with business priorities and customer needs.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting activities effectively.
• Detect operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
• Guide organizational change management and foster continuous improvement across teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, quality standards, and operational controls.
• Mentor and develop managers and operational staff to cultivate accountability and high performance.
• Support strategic business planning, including expansion and new opportunity evaluations.
• Prepare detailed executive summaries, operational reviews, and performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in operations management, business leadership, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent roles.
• Deep knowledge of operational strategy, process enhancement, and organizational performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional operational teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, data analytics, and operations reporting tools.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, growth-driven business environment.
• Commercially astute with strategic business insight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline preferred; MBA or advanced leadership certifications are beneficial.
