Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, monitor, and maintain the accommodation facilities.
- Perform minor repairs and manage the scheduling of additional repair needs.
- Conduct cleaning and upkeep of communal areas.
- Carry out gardening and green space maintenance.
- Ensure orderliness, traffic safety, and workplace safety standards are met.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in a skilled trade within the past five years, supported by work certificates.
- Proficient German language skills at minimum B2 level with certification.
- Possession of a Class B driving license is desirable.
- English and other language skills are an advantage.
