Job Overview
We are seeking a Hardware & Network Engineer to manage the IT infrastructure on-site. This role involves supporting laptops and desktops, overseeing networking equipment such as routers and wireless devices, and handling surveillance technologies including CC Cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. Familiarity with cloud services, especially Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, is considered a beneficial addition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for laptops and desktop computers at client locations.
- Manage and troubleshoot networking devices including routers and wireless access points.
- Maintain and oversee CC Cameras along with DVR and NVR security systems.
- Apply knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 cloud services and SharePoint to enhance IT support capabilities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in hardware support and network device management.
- Understanding of security camera systems and digital video recording technology.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 cloud services and SharePoint is advantageous.
