About the Role
Join SJ Group as a Group Strategy and M&A Analyst focused on the Built Environment sector. This full-time onsite position based in Singapore offers the opportunity to develop expertise in market research, transaction execution, and corporate restructuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support market research efforts and assist in executing transactions within the Built Environment sector.
- Coordinate and contribute to various corporate planning and restructuring projects.
- Develop presentation materials and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, peer benchmarking, and company analyses.
- Help manage external consultancy engagements and related assignments.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and solid business judgment.
- Possesses comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous internship experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate finance is advantageous.
