Role Overview
Join the exciting West Apron Vehicle Underpass project at Dublin Airport as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. You'll be an integral member of the Commercial team, ensuring excellent service delivery, supporting project success, sharing learned knowledge, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and execute project requirements given by supervisors.
- Engage in meetings and workshops, recording and communicating relevant findings.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support decision making.
- Complete measurement take-offs and remeasurements both on-site and digitally.
- Assist with procurement processes and analyze tender packages.
- Monitor site progress regarding labor, plant, and materials productivity.
- Support preparation and management of subcontract documentation.
- Aid in change control processes and maintain collaborative work with all stakeholders.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Build effective professional relationships and embody company values.
- Participate in role-specific training as required.
Candidate Profile
- Legal eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Preparedness to undergo a 5-year background check during hiring.
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills for supplier pricing.
- Analytical thinking with an aptitude for problem-solving and understanding business systems.
- Keen attention to detail, especially with numerical data.
- Effective multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Confidence interacting across various management levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4 Option C).
- Familiarity with measurement and BIM software.
- Progressing toward RICS or CIOB accreditation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
