Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Global Recruiter / HR Coordinator to join our expanding team. This hybrid role involves approximately 70% recruitment duties and 30% HR coordination tasks. The workload on recruiting and HR responsibilities adapts based on current needs: as recruiting demands ease, HR coordination tasks ramp up, and vice versa. The main recruitment focus is sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent internationally across the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Ireland. The coordination aspect supports HR functions such as HRIS management, onboarding, offboarding, event organization, and HR project assistance. We're seeking an individual experienced in diverse hiring processes, detail-oriented, and flexible in balancing recruitment and HR day-to-day operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply innovative global recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish clear job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods including social media, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Manage a smooth and engaging candidate journey throughout recruitment stages.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Conduct initial candidate evaluations and provide prompt feedback.
  • Partner closely with global teams and hiring managers for recruitment alignment and planning.
  • Monitor labor laws ensuring recruitment compliance in all jurisdictions.
  • Maintain precise applicant tracking records and generate relevant recruitment metrics.
  • Represent and promote the employer brand at industry events, career fairs, and through online channels.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and support employer branding efforts.
  • Identify and implement improvements to boost global recruitment efficiency.
  • Maintain and update employee information in HRIS (ADP WFN) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist onboarding and offboarding procedures including documentation and system coordination.
  • Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Support various HR projects and collaborate with HR Generalist colleagues.
  • Review and assist with accurate processing of HR-related invoices.
  • Manage HR inquiries through the HR inbox, providing timely responses or routing accordingly.
  • Offer audit and payroll support by conducting data pulls, documentation, and reconciliations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Over 3 years' experience in recruitment covering end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, creativity, and motivation for success.
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to create reports.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and capable of handling confidential information discreetly.
  • Experience in HRIS data entry or HR administrative functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of HR administrative experience.
  • Background in sales or technical recruiting, especially within the chemical industry.
  • Experience with global recruiting, particularly in the European Union.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter platform, ADP WFN, and Monday.com tools.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Work Details and Requirements

  • Position is full-time and permanent with hybrid working arrangements.
  • Office presence expected 4 days per week at HQ in Bellevue, Washington or Rosemont, Illinois.
