Role Overview
As the Global CRM Manager at Dyson, you will be responsible for executing campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, growth, and engagement through channels such as email, app notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS. Your expertise will guide all phases of campaign deployment, including design, planning, building, launching, and optimization. You will develop strategies for campaign segmentation and personalization to ensure maximum impact and alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will manage the global CRM calendar and oversee the maintenance of daily automated marketing journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Global CRM community by training local CRM managers and aiding markets to refine their approaches. Implement new features and channels, foster innovation by tracking CRM industry trends, and work closely with vendors, agencies, and product teams. Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and continuously seek efficiency improvements. Use performance analytics to inform campaign decisions and cultivate a team culture centered on experimentation and A/B testing. Collaborate within a diverse global eCommerce team focused on scaling profitable growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of four years' experience in CRM or marketing growth roles.
- Experience working within dynamic, fast-paced e-commerce environments.
- Proven ability to operate in international and multi-market settings.
- Expertise in multichannel campaigns including email, app notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Advanced skills in audience segmentation and personalization tactics.
- Competence with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong emphasis on experimentation and A/B testing.
- Proficient in reporting and process documentation.
- Up-to-date knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent software is essential.
- Technical skills with AMP script, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
- In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication capabilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
