Role Overview

This position is part of the affiliate function and is focused on expanding and managing a growing affiliate network. The role works closely with prominent KOLs and other partners to make sure their promotional activity delivers strong results. It also requires frequent coordination with internal teams so affiliates receive the right assets, guidance, and tools needed to bring more users to Binance. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with a background in marketing or public relations, along with strong communication skills for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Because Binance’s affiliate ecosystem is large and competitive, the person in this role will be expected to add meaningful value, identify top affiliates, and help the company stay ahead of competitors. The job also involves learning internal systems quickly, partnering with developers to improve tools and interfaces, solving issues, and analyzing existing data in depth.

Responsibilities

• Expand the affiliate base by reaching out to YouTubers, media outlets, and influencers, while handling negotiations, onboarding, and any paperwork that may be needed.
• Manage important affiliate accounts through regular communication, performance analysis, and practical recommendations for improvement.
• Plan and run promotional campaigns with a clear focus on return on investment.
• Prepare reports from internal data and use them to improve the performance of the affiliate channel.
• Track competitor activity and update the affiliate strategy when market conditions change.
• Identify fraud, expose emerging scam tactics, and detect any form of partner manipulation.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing large affiliate programs, ideally in fintech or, even better, in crypto.
• A background in business development is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Hands-on experience working with media, celebrities, strategic partners, or influencers.
• Strong command of English is necessary for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
