About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Developer to join a leading global professional services organization renowned for building a better working world. The role involves contributing to AI engineering projects that leverage large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI applications, designing scalable backend APIs, and architecting cloud-native solutions that integrate advanced vector search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI engineering frameworks utilizing Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Auto Gen, and Google Agent SDK.
- Design and implement LLM applications, agentic AI workflows, multi-agent architectures, and prompt engineering solutions.
- Build RAG pipelines, embedding models, semantic search, and implement vector search tools such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Redis Vector, and pgvector.
- Architect backend APIs using Python, FastAPI, REST principles, microservices, event-driven systems, and integrate third-party platforms.
- Deploy cloud-native applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerized environments.
- Manage databases including SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ClickHouse, ensuring design efficacy and optimizing performance.
- Fine-tune AI models using techniques like LoRA and BERT; comprehend LLM architectures and conduct rigorous evaluation and monitoring of AI models.
- Ensure AI governance by implementing security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI standards, PII protection, and observability frameworks.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization.
- Hands-on experience with Python programming and AI frameworks such as LangChain and Auto Gen.
- Proficiency in building agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong knowledge of vector search technologies and RAG methodologies.
- Expertise in designing scalable APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, container orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with database technologies—both SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of AI model fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Awareness of AI governance, data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment practices.
