Fold is a local Qatari brand dedicated to transforming traditional dates and sweets into innovative flavors and experiences. With rapid expansion underway through new outlets and sales channels, the company is building a strong leadership team to support this growth.

Role Overview

We are searching for a General Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of Fold. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this senior leadership role commands full oversight across all departments including operations, finance, procurement, marketing, systems, and human resources. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader eager to take true ownership of a rising brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Fold’s vision into tangible strategies and successfully implement them.
• Lead and unify the senior management team to ensure effective cross-departmental execution.
• Manage the opening and growth of new store locations and business channels.
• Serve as the company's representative in interactions with partners, landlords, and corporate clients.
• Take full accountability for company financial performance, including profit and loss, key performance indicators, and organizational governance.

Candidate Requirements

• Eight to ten or more years of senior leadership experience, preferably in food and beverage, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Demonstrated success running a business with complete P&L responsibility.
• Experience in launching and scaling new retail locations.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with financial insight, and the confidence to lead teams and externally represent the brand.
• Must be currently based in Doha, Qatar with essential Arabic language proficiency.
