Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Operate processing and production machinery with safety and efficiency.
• Perform repetitive tasks including heavy lifting.
• Assist in meat processing and packaging activities.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation aligning with Australian food safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report faults promptly.
• Achieve daily production and quality benchmarks.
• Carry out general labouring and housekeeping duties as required.
• Manage manual handling of products and materials effectively.

Skills and Experience Required

• Prior experience in abattoirs, meat processing, food manufacturing, or similar production environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with operating machinery in manufacturing or processing settings.
• Capability to work in physically demanding and temperature-controlled environments.
• Strong dedication to workplace safety, product quality, and team collaboration.
• Reliable transportation and availability for full-time shifts.
• Good communication skills accompanied by a proactive and positive demeanor.
• Right to work in Australia is mandatory.
