Role Summary

As a Production Labourer, you play an essential role in ensuring that Techo-Bloc’s products consistently meet rigorous quality standards. This hands-on position involves physically supporting the production process and maintaining high operational effectiveness.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Competitive pay ranging between $22.07 and $22.62 per hour
• Day shift from Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete products carefully for quality control over attributes such as shape, color, and uniformity
• Identify and remove any defective items, replacing them with approved inventory
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare goods for shipment properly
• Manually or mechanically transport raw materials and completed products
• Collaborate with machine operators, assisting with daily production tasks
• Clean production machinery and uphold a safe and orderly workspace

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic about physically active and hands-on work
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to performing tasks correctly

Required Qualifications

• Capable of lifting and moving weights up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms) regularly
• Able to maintain concentration and productivity throughout 12-hour shifts
• Detail-focused with a strong dedication to quality workmanship
• Team-oriented with a sound work ethic and a proactive attitude

Additional Information

This position demands frequent manual handling and dexterity, combining activities such as standing, walking, and occasional sitting. A cooperative team spirit and hand-eye coordination are essential.
