Key Responsibilities

• Perform diverse gardening and landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, weed control, edging, mulching, hedge trimming, and general garden upkeep across assigned client sites.
• Maintain high quality standards in all work activities, ensuring safety protocols, teamwork, and excellent customer service are prioritized.

Candidate Requirements

• Physically fit and motivated to work outdoors with a passion for gardening and outdoor maintenance.
• Valid full driver's licence; Class 2 licence is advantageous.
• Practical experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is preferred.
• New Zealand Certificate in Horticulture Level 3 or 4 is highly desirable.
• Competent in operating gardening equipment including hedge trimmers, weed eaters, knapsack sprayers, and other handheld tools.
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude combined with strong team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and take pride in the maintenance of outdoor environments.
• Good communication skills and confidence when engaging with the public.
• Willingness to learn, comply with safety procedures, and use basic electronic devices for work responsibilities.
