IMPACTO Foundation India is the Indian arm of IMPACTO Sdn Bhd, a Certified B Corp headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Dehradun for a Fundraiser who will help secure financial and in-kind support for the foundation’s programs and impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

The role centers on identifying potential donors, partners, and grant opportunities, then turning those prospects into practical funding leads. The Fundraiser will prepare customized proposals, pitches, and concept notes tailored to different audiences.

A major part of the job is to nurture long-term relationships with individual supporters, foundations, corporate partners, and institutional funders. The person in this role will also organize fundraising campaigns and events, coordinate outreach efforts, and work closely with program teams to present clear stories of impact and measurable outcomes.

In addition, the Fundraiser will keep fundraising records accurate and up to date, track performance against targets, and share regular progress reports with leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven ability in fundraising, donor research, and grant writing, with the skill to develop persuasive proposals and campaigns.
• Experience working with stakeholders and building partnerships across corporate, institutional, and individual donor groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex social impact work into clear messaging.
• Capability in project coordination, event organization, and campaign execution, while keeping timelines and measurable results in focus.
• Ability to research, interpret data, and draft short reports, budgets, and impact summaries that help support funding decisions.
• Exposure to corporate sustainability, DEI practices, and social impact or development-sector work will be an added advantage.
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM or donor-tracking systems to manage outreach and contributions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to collaborate in a multicultural setting and work with an ethical, inclusive, and transparent approach.
