Key Responsibilities
- Utilize tools such as Git, Jira, and PhpStorm efficiently within daily workflows.
- Apply strong analytical skills to devise effective solutions and confidently defend these approaches.
- Demonstrate eagerness to both learn from peers and assist colleagues in enhancing their knowledge.
- Ensure developed software solutions maintain high maintainability and perform robustly under load.
- Engage comprehensively in the full software development life cycle including researching, designing, developing, and deploying solutions.

Candidate Requirements
- Several years of experience working with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with a proactive mindset for innovation and improvement suggestions.
- Some foundational experience in frontend development.
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of RESTful services and PHP Standards Recommendations (PSR).
