About the Company and Role
We are a successful and reputable events and exhibitions company based in Melbourne, with a compact, agile AI team actively delivering impactful products across the organization. We seek a full-stack engineer deeply familiar with AI technologies to help develop and grow these products. This position focuses on product development rather than research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy full-stack features for multiple live products.
- Utilize AI coding agents extensively in daily workflows to accelerate development without compromising quality.
- Integrate large language model (LLM) and generative image/video APIs reliably into production environments.
- Manage feature lifecycles from initial concept through design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Take ownership of the quality and delivery of your work with autonomy and accountability.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering full-stack products into production environments, beyond just prototypes.
- Proficient with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents as a fundamental part of your development process.
- Strong expertise in modern React-based frameworks coupled with SQL/Postgres backends.
- Practical experience with LLM API integration; experience in image processing, computer vision, 3D, or generative media is highly advantageous.
- Ability to quickly work in a small team setting, owning decisions and driving outcomes.
- Product-focused mindset with aptitude for collaborating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Work Environment and Conditions

- Position requires full-time presence onsite at our Abbotsford Melbourne office for true in-person collaboration.
