Role Overview

As a Fulfillment Associate based in Las Vegas within our Logistics team, you will be responsible for handling the creation, auditing, and reconciliation of transactions involving finished goods moving between GHOST and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and process all new purchase orders via EDI.
• Manage inventory transfers between manufacturers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Create and handle sales and transfer order transactions.
• Accurately fulfill completed sales orders and receive transfer orders using NetSuite.
• Examine packing slips and daily reports to verify 3PL shipments are accurate.
• Coordinate with customers and facilities on transaction discrepancies or inquiries.
• Support quality assurance by holding unreleased inventory and releasing it when appropriate.
• Cross-check GHOST truck sheets with ERP data to maintain precise shipping dates and update order statuses.
• Troubleshoot shipment errors or issues in collaboration with customers and 3PLs.
• Assist in onboarding and training new associates on current and ongoing logistical processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in ERP systems or data entry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is preferred.
