Currently, we seek a skilled Presentation Designer for the Tendem project to craft exceptional presentations aimed at real-world applications. This part-time freelance position offers remote work flexibility, ideal for creative practitioners experienced in visual communication, storytelling, and design.

Role Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated pitch decks and professional one-pagers customized for diverse audiences.
• Convert complex datasets into engaging visual stories emphasizing minimalism and clear hierarchical information flow.
• Enhance presentation appeal through thoughtful typography, graceful animations, and consistent visual styling.
• Maintain a polished blend of corporate professionalism and creative flair in all deliverables.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks focusing on alignment, pacing, and brand consistency prior to finalization.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of two years' relevant experience in graphic design, presentation crafting, data visualization, or storytelling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced pitch decks, presentations, and visualized complex data; mere template use is insufficient.
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Keynote for building intricate and animated slide decks.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts.
• Ability to translate layered and complex information into clear, minimalist visuals with effective storytelling techniques.
• Advanced skills handling typography and seamless animations featuring custom fonts.
• Methodical and detail-conscious approach with a capacity for independent problem-solving in design tasks.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English (B2+ level).

Educational Background

• Preferred bachelor's or master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative discipline.

Additional Details

• Applicants must submit a CV containing links to a portfolio with high-end presentation and data visualization work; submissions lacking this will not be considered.
• Expected weekly workload during active project phases is approximately 10-20 hours, though this may vary and is not guaranteed.
• Compensation for contributors on this project can reach up to $50 per hour, depending on contribution level and pace; rates vary with different projects.
