About the Role and Company
Join Galvanek Bau GmbH as a Founders Associate / Operations Manager and contribute to an environmentally conscious company dedicated to revolutionizing the energy market with renewable sources such as photovoltaic systems and heat pumps. You will be part of an energetic, pragmatic team that values innovation, quick execution, and collaboration across all levels, from operatives to management. Key Responsibilities
- Own and solve challenges across HR, Legal, Accounting, Recruiting, and B2B Sales without needing detailed instructions; break problems down, develop solutions, and implement them promptly.
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes from scratch to replace informal workflows, including contract templates, recruiting funnels, quality checks, and checklists, enabling independent operation.
- Coordinate effectively as a central point of contact between two locations, external service providers, and internal teams ensuring commitments are met and no tasks remain unfinished.
- Prepare data-driven decision support materials such as KPI reports, cost comparisons, and actionable options that allow fast executive decisions.
- Identify and close operational gaps proactively without requiring approval loops or constant validation.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- You must have a work permit valid for Germany.
- Native-level fluency in German is mandatory.
- A completed university degree in any discipline.
- Some operational experience in startups, scale-ups, or agile medium-sized companies, including internships or work student roles where tangible impact was made.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and build processes unassisted, working independently without detailed instructions.
- Strong ownership mindset, driving issues to full completion rather than merely handing them off.
- High pace and ability to rapidly understand new topics, deliver recommendations, and implement them swiftly.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT productively daily for problem-solving, content creation, and analyses.
- Clear and concise communication style focused on prompting decisions with problem definition, options, and clear recommendations.
