Role Overview

The Food Server position is a full-time on-site role based in Al Ain, where the main responsibility is to deliver warm and efficient service to guests at the outlets. Daily activities include welcoming customers, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, timely serving of items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and service sections. The Food Server collaborates closely with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth order coordination, conducts guest satisfaction checks, and manages payment transactions carefully.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menus and orders.
• Serve food and drinks accurately and promptly while adhering to presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area and service stations.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and barista teams for smooth operation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Manage payments and receipts responsibly.
• Contribute positively within a team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills prioritizing guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service operations along with menu knowledge.
• Strong communication skills for clear interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Some awareness of food preparation or cooking practices is advantageous.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and thrive under a fast-paced environment.
• Strict attention to cleanliness and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Previous experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality sectors is preferable.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Conversational English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
