Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Cost Controller to oversee critical aspects of our gourmet retail business operating across multiple locations. This role involves managing inventory, calculating food costs accurately, nurturing relationships with suppliers, ensuring hygiene standards, and compliance with HACCP. The person will also be responsible for conducting audits, analyzing menu profitability, controlling waste, and training staff to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control inventory across all sites effectively.
• Conduct precise food costing and menu engineering to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Perform audits and generate detailed reports to monitor operational performance.
• Enforce hygiene practices and ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
• Implement strategies to reduce waste and improve cost control.
• Train team members to uphold company standards and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Proven experience in food and beverage cost control and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of menu engineering and profitability analysis.

• Ability to lead audits and produce comprehensive reports.
