Role Overview
We are looking to onboard a diligent and motivated Financial Support Specialist to join SupportFinity's energetic team. Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and precise assistance concerning clients' financial accounts and transactions.
- Detect and address payment issues, account inconsistencies, and data irregularities.
- Work closely with internal departments to escalate and fix complex financial challenges.
- Keep meticulous documentation of client engagements and transaction details within the CRM.
- Support new client onboarding by guiding them through platform setup and feature explanations.
- Track pending issues actively, ensuring their resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Remain informed about regulatory changes, company policies, and product updates to provide reliable advice.
- Offer insights and recommendations for process enhancements derived from client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in financial support, customer service, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, procedures, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to review financial data and solve problems efficiently.
- Experience with financial software and CRM tools.
- Detail-focused with excellent organizational abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
