Finance & Planning Executive

About the Role

Tawkeed Investments, a diversified conglomerate operating across sectors such as education, healthcare, documentation, and business services throughout the UAE and India, seeks a Commercially-minded Finance & Planning Executive based in Dubai. This key position involves enhancing business growth by providing insightful financial planning and performance analysis aligned with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Evaluate financial results segmented by company, project, service line, and location.
• Prepare Budget versus Actuals reports and investigate major deviations.
• Oversee receivables, payables, collections, and other financial obligations.
• Detect revenue losses, cost inefficiencies and identify avenues to boost profitability.
• Create financial models and conduct feasibility studies for prospective projects and investments.
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Communicate financial insights and strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with accountants, auditors, and tax consultants to support compliance and controls.
• Maintain vigilance over financial risks, liabilities, and evolving business challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in finance roles.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, variance and profitability analysis, financial modelling, and preparing management reports and presentations.
• A minimum qualification of Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; or MBA with a Finance specialization; or professional certifications like CA, CMA, ACCA (qualified or part-qualified).
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling techniques.
• Experience using budgeting and forecasting tools along with Power BI or equivalent dashboarding applications.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, cash flow analysis, and project costing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

• Monthly salary of AED 6,000.
