Role Overview

The company is looking for a seasoned Customer Service & Field Training Manager to develop, implement, and assess training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of frontline staff who engage with passengers either directly or indirectly. Operating under the Learning & Development division of HR, this role is focused on elevating passenger service standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in behavior, service quality, and skills among frontline employees.
• Design targeted, practical training interventions tailored for various employee groups including bus attendants, lounge managers, query desk personnel, drivers, cleaners, and technicians.
• Prepare and manage training budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Deliver diverse training formats including classroom sessions, on-site coaching, on-the-job training, and refresher courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through passenger ratings, complaint logs, feedback, operational monitoring, and employee performance data.
• Foster a disciplined, professional, and passenger-centric service culture at all operational points.

Work Location and Salary

This position is based in Kolkata (Rathtala) and offers a salary up to INR 450,000 per annum.
