Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Magna Sales and Technologies is seeking experienced Field Sales Executives to promote and sell industrial maintenance products such as bearings, lubricants, tools, hardware, and electrical items primarily to manufacturing and process industries. Candidates should own a two-wheeler vehicle and hold a valid driving license to facilitate onsite visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to recommend tailored products and engineering solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver technical presentations demonstrating product benefits.
• Generate leads and cultivate a sales pipeline by managing inquiries and negotiating orders.
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support to foster lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with Industrial Maintenance Product Field Sales experience.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales of industrial maintenance products like bearings, lubricants, tools, and electrical equipment is preferred.
• Good command of English for effective communication.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 37,000 depending on skills, experience, and performance.
• Additional allowances including travel and mobile reimbursements plus performance incentives as per company policies.
