Field Sales Executive

Overview

Pathzen Health seeks a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to spearhead business development within the diagnostics sector. This role involves cultivating new partnerships, fostering durable relationships with medical professionals and institutions, increasing referral volumes, and meeting revenue goals. A willingness to engage in extensive travel to field locations and adeptness in healthcare relationship management are essentials; prior experience in Diagnostics is mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate and establish new B2B sales prospects to expand the client base.
• Engage directly with doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, corporate healthcare entities, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations to advocate for diagnostic services.
• Strategically onboard hospitals, clinics, and healthcare collaborators through targeted development approaches.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with referring physicians, hospital leadership, procurement staff, and key decision makers.
• Boost revenue by increasing referrals for diagnostic testing and growing existing account value.
• Spot emerging market opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct frequent client visits, deliver presentations, and demonstrate products and services effectively.
• Manage negotiations on commercial terms, leading to finalized business contracts.
• Maintain high standards of client service and quickly resolve any customer issues.
• Keep track of competitor strategies, pricing, and market movements to uncover growth possibilities.
• Compile and submit daily visit and sales reports and maintain precise CRM data.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support divisions to ensure flawless service execution.
• Attend healthcare exhibitions, continuing medical education events, conferences, and promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness.
