Field Sales Executive

Position Summary

Paytm Services Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives (FSE) to become part of the core expansion team. This full-time position involves working on Paytm's official payroll, focusing on growing the merchant network by engaging with local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.

Primary Duties

• Conduct in-person visits to local markets and retail shops to enroll new merchants onto Paytm's platform.
• Set up Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to facilitate transactions.
• Deploy and activate Paytm Soundboxes, ensuring these devices are fully operational for business owners.
• Provide training to merchants on the effective use of Paytm devices and address any questions or issues they may have.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from 16,000 to 30,000 INR per month.

Additional Requirements

• Ownership of a personal Android smartphone is mandatory.
