Field Sales Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for two motivated and highly ethical Field Sales Executives to expand our product sales at fuel marts, mini-marts, and supermarkets within specified regions. Candidates should preferably live in or near Madina, Adenta, Haatso, Ashaiman, or Tema.

Primary Duties

• Identify potential clients and conduct direct sales visits to fuel marts, mini-marts, and retail outlets within designated territories.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with store owners to successfully close sales and secure orders.
• Record daily sales activities and customer visits utilizing an Android smartphone application.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set for field operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Senior High School (SHS) Certificate.
• Demonstrable experience in field sales or retail customer acquisition roles.
• MUST possess and operate a functional Android smartphone and be adept at mobile application usage.
• Personal attributes required include robust persuasion abilities, impeccable trustworthiness, and credibility.

Work Schedule & Location

• Working days: Monday through Friday
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Work locations include Madina, Adenta, Haatso and surrounding areas, and Ashaiman, Tema and surrounding areas.
