Job Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join the insurance sector at Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and offering tailored insurance solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve business objectives by meeting sales targets measured through Annualized Premium (ANP) and case volumes.
- Source new clients through organic market presence, referrals, and existing orphan customer base.
- Conduct periodic client meetings to assess their insurance requirements and provide suitable products.
- Employ a structured, need-based selling approach to recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Enhance sales revenue by upselling and cross-selling to the existing clientele.
- Deliver post-sale support including query resolution and ensuring prompt policy issuance.
- Maintain ongoing engagement and cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Collaborate with supervisors for planning and implementing effective business strategies.
- Develop and assess innovative sales forecasting and strategy techniques.
- Manage and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.
- Adhere strictly to Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards to protect confidential data.
Requirements
- Must possess a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
- Fluent proficiency in the regional language is mandatory.
- At least one year of sales experience in banking or insurance sectors.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
