Field Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter based in Mumbai who will primarily operate in nearby locations depending on the candidate’s residence. This role requires active engagement in recruitment tasks outside the office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities directly in the field, targeting relevant candidates.
• Manage hiring processes and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers at various locations within Mumbai.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of one year of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in field recruitment. Experience from any industry will be considered.
• Possession of a personal bike to ensure mobility across different recruitment sites.
• Male candidates only are eligible to apply due to role requirements.
