As an F&B Attendant, you will be the face of guest service in the dining areas and a key contributor to the overall guest experience. The role calls for warm, timely, and attentive service, with a strong focus on keeping guests satisfied with the quality and comfort of the resort’s food and beverage outlets.

Key duties

• Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service to all guests.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations across food and beverage outlets by collaborating with colleagues in different departments.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of menus, drinks, services, and outlet facilities.
• Continue building personal skills and service standards to improve guest satisfaction.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and hygienic at all times.
• Respect and protect guest privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Genuine enthusiasm for service excellence.
• Strong team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate in English.
