Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The Fashion Sales Associate is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their style preferences, and assisting them in selecting products to craft complete fashion looks aligned with the brand's identity. Regular duties include showcasing merchandise, organizing product displays, managing sales transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor. Building lasting relationships with customers, supporting store promotions, and meeting both personal and team sales goals are key aspects of this role. Effective teamwork, participation in product training sessions, and providing management with insights on customer trends are also expected.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum four years of experience in fashion retail.
• Strong communication abilities to interact productively with customers and team members.
• Excellent customer service aptitude to create a welcoming and professional shopping environment.
• Proven sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and achieve sales targets.
• Experience with training and supporting sales team members to enhance overall store performance.

• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and varied retail hours as needed.
