Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Transport documents to road traffic authorities and car dealerships and perform document scanning tasks.
  • Skillfully operate a smartphone using mobile applications relevant to your duties.
  • Carry out payments at authorities accurately and conscientiously.
  • Handle both regional and supra-regional vehicle registration orders promptly and reliably.
  • Manage the digital registration and deregistration of vehicles using modern tools that simplify your workflow.
  • Process orders and data using our market-leading online system.
  • Serve as a primary contact for our customers both over the phone and on-site, ensuring they feel fully supported.
  • Act as a liaison between registration offices and customers, maintaining close communication to find the best solutions.

This role offers both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completed commercial training is advantageous.
  • Flexible working hours based on mutual arrangement.
  • Friendly and communicative demeanor, capable of professional interactions with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A valid driver’s license is essential.
  • Most importantly, reliability, independence, accuracy, and genuine team spirit are crucial.
